JGM Shipping provides service information, local preparation tools, account access and an enquiry route. Account and enquiry functions are for people aged at least 18. Do not misuse the service or access another account.
Preparation tools
Volumes and known-weight subtotals are arithmetic results from your inputs, not freight quotations, packing assessments or confirmations that an item can be carried. Distinguish packed and item-only dimensions. Local data can be lost when browser storage is cleared.
Enquiries and agreements
An enquiry is not a collection booking. A separate agreement must define the actual contracting party, goods, service scope, preparation, route, responsibilities, charges, timing and applicable terms, including any cover or liability provisions.
Documents and requirements
Accurate item and route information is important. The actual documentation, licensing, customs and other requirements must be checked for the goods and jurisdictions, with responsibilities agreed separately. Site notes are general preparation information.
Account and payment
Use a unique password and keep it private. Email verification and automated password recovery are not provided. Only a reference assigned to your account can be paid here; a saved file creates no payment obligation.
Questions and rights
Retain the relevant agreement and reference. Use the contact form for enquiries, invoice questions or complaints. Nothing in the site information removes rights that apply under relevant consumer law.
