The useful details about preparing an enquiry and keeping its records together.
Does an enquiry book a collection?
No. It records the request and returns a reference. The actual scope, availability, timing and charges need a separate agreement.
Does the planner calculate a shipping price?
No. It calculates rectangular volume from entered dimensions and quantity. Packed and item-only totals stay separate.
Why is an unknown weight different from zero?
An empty weight means it has not been recorded. A total of known weights does not include those unknown entries.
Where is the shipment file stored?
In this browser. Account sign-in does not synchronise it. Download an item list and keep important records through your own secure process.
When is my local file sent?
Only when you tick Include my local item list, route notes and checklist on the enquiry form and submit it.
Is there live shipment tracking here?
No live carrier tracking is connected. The account lists signed-in enquiries and their recorded status, not live transport milestones.
How does payment work?
A separately agreed invoice can be assigned to your account. Sign in and review the reference before continuing to the payment provider.
What if I cannot access my account?
Choose Account access in the contact form. Do not send passwords. Email verification and automated password recovery are not included.
