Local shipment data
Item records, route notes and checklist choices use browser local storage. They are not uploaded by signing in. They are sent with an enquiry only if you choose to include the local file. Avoid storing full private addresses or sensitive documents in these notes.
Information submitted
Registration stores your name, email and salted password hash. Enquiries store your contact details, topic, reference, route areas, message and any local file you explicitly include, with time and status. Do not submit passwords or payment card details.
Accounts and payments
A secure HTTP-only cookie maintains a signed-in session for up to seven days. Account-linked enquiries and assigned invoice references are restricted to that account. The payment provider processes card data; this site stores references and payment status, not card numbers.
Purpose and retention
Records support account access, enquiry handling, agreed arrangements and service protection. Legal obligations or an active arrangement may require retention. The operator should keep an appropriate policy and remove records no longer needed.

Use Privacy request in the contact form for access, correction or deletion questions. Identity checks may be needed. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts are included on this site.
